used in working or non-working (defective) condition, and is being sold "as
is/where-is". It is understood that all material being sold under this
bid is without warranty, whereby Communications Test Design, Inc. (CTDI) is not
liable for the functionality or condition of the products included in this
sale.

Vendor is responsible for coordinating all transportation arrangements and the
associated cost related to equipment awarded by CTDI.

Equipment must be picked up within 3 business days of receipt of payment.

CTDI has the right to accept or refuse any bid.

This attachment represents the product to be included in the sale.

The actual quantity and types of units may vary. Bidder has the ability to view
material prior to bidding, and is responsible to verify the actual material if
desired by Bidder. CTDI will not be held responsible for any
variance related to his lot .

Payment terms are Wire Transfer/Certified Check.
